Today’s workout is all about getting a sexy, toned, strong core/tummy. I had a lot of fun with this one, because I got to try out some new moves. I liked switching things up, so expect to see some of these moves again in future workouts!

Before my workout today, I went for a run with Jesse. We did 3.5 miles at an easy pace. Even though it’s cold, it’s nice to get outside and run in the fresh air. Also, the varying terrain increases the challenge of the run.

Hello! First of all, I love your workouts. Whenever I can’t make it to the gym or don’t feel like doing my usual routine, I squeeze in one or two of your workouts and feel like I just got back from the gym when I’m done! Second, I would like to know if this ab workout would be a good one for my boyfriend to do along with me. He’s in good shape and has a strong core, but he’s wanting some definition and we thought this would be a fun accomplishment to reach together. Is this something we can squeeze in 2 or 3 times a week? Or maybe can you devise a core workout for couples? I’d really appreciate it cause your workouts are always stellar!

Absolutely! My husband loves my core workouts. He found the extended leg cross in this workout somewhat uncomfortable because of the position. Under my “Guest Star” tab there are two workouts that focus on abs and have men in the actual video. Any of them would work just as well for a man as a woman though. 🙂
