I am hoping to catch up with all of the new workouts tomorrow evening when I get home from work.

I LOVE your workouts!! Well, actually, they are really hard, but I really like the progress that I see and feel from them.
If you are interested in some constructive feedback about this workout, it felt a bit incomplete with the editing. Usually you complete the ‘advanced’ number of reps, which motivates me to try for that.
That being said, I so appreciate your hard work and that of your team (husband and sometimes your cat!). You are outstanding!! Thank you very much.
