Hi Everyone!

Are you ready to get sweaty? I really hope you said yes, because if you take me up on today’s challenge you are guaranteed to be covered in sweat by the end of it!

My friend Sean Vigue posted this gem of a workout the other day, and I have been anxiously awaiting a chance to try it! The 100 Burpee Workout!

I know, many of you probably think I am crazy, but I just want to Burpee! It will burn, I will sweat, and I am going to get in one heck of a total Body Workout!

If I lost you at the word Burpee (but I really hope I didn’t!) pick one of my other full body workouts for today.

    great idea! Nailed all 100 and am ravenous now, gimme all the food! =D How do you manage your hunger after HIIT? I always feel like I am working into 0, since I am double as hungry after your workouts =( they are awesome, btw =) hug and kisses for your great job from Kiev, Ukraine.

    This sounds amazing!! At 27 weeks pregnant this challenge is off limits for me right now but it is on the list for when I’m cleared for normal exercise. I never thought I would miss full burpees so much! Do some burpees for me!

    Did all 100! It’s nice to get in a good workout in only 15min. Baby doesn’t give me much time for workouts so ya gotta make the time count.

    I love your workout videos. i have 4 kids who are young and you keep it real and are helping me become more fit daily. thank you especially for your short workouts because as a busy mom of 4 i dont get a lot of time to workout.
